We know you want to start wearing our fabulous clothing as soon as you can so we work very hard to send orders out as quickly as possible.
Orders received before NOON - We work very hard to print, pack and send orders the same day.
Orders received after NOON - Will be printed, packed and sent the next working day.
We will take every reasonable step to contact you, in the event of a delay in delivery.
Our products are printed to order, we do not hold large stocks, therefore, if you have a deadline or special request contact us.
Customised or personalised items i.e. design changes may be returned ONLY for manufacturing fault.
Please email or telephone before returning items, return address and reference number will be provided.
We are happy to offer an exchange of standard designs on T-shirts for alternate size.
We will accept returns of stock items within 14 days of delivery, and refund the full purchase price within 7 days,
subject to the following conditions:
** Garments must be returned in original condition and where possible with the original packaging, or packaged in such a manner as to preserve the original condition of the garment. Therefore, garments must be un-worn, unwashed, and in re-marketable condition.
** The order number is clearly displayed on the exterior packaging.
